Lincoln Community Health Center
Lincoln Community Health Center provides accessible, affordable, high quality outpatient health care services to the medically underserved, low-income population. Services and programs provided include adult and family medicine, behavioral health, dental, pediatric, specialty clinics and the Lyon Park Clinic, Walltown Clinic, Holton Clinic, and Healthcare for the Homeless (Urban Ministries Shelter).
