Literacy Council of Frederick County (LCFC)

The Literacy Council offers programs designed to help adult learners become more successful, productive, and involved members of our community. Programs are available for the following: People who live or work in Frederick County; Adults aged 18 and over; English speakers who need help with reading, writing, and spelling; Non-English speakers who need help speaking, reading, or writing English. All tutoring is free and confidential.
