MTM Transit, LLC

MTM Transit is the Community Transportation Coordinator (CTC) for DeSoto County, Florida, under the state’s Transportation Disadvantaged (TD) Program. This program provides transportation assistance to individuals who cannot transport themselves or purchase transportation due to disability, income, or age, and who meet certain income requirements. This program also helps eligible residents access necessary services, including healthcare, employment, shopping, and social activities. For eligible individuals, services may be free or have a minimal cost: Medicaid beneficiaries, who must be eligible for the program, may qualify for free non-emergency medical transportation (NEMT) through MTM Health.
