Neighborhood Service Center, Inc. (NSC)

The Neighborhood Service Center, Inc. is a non-profit Community Action Agency that provides services and assistance to low-income families and elderly residents in Talbot County, Maryland. With other community partners NSC can provide its low-income residents the right mix of assistance, encouragement and incentives to become self-sufficient. Programs offered include After School Youth Program, Emergency Food Pantry, Assistance with Utility Bills, Emergency Rental Assistance, Rapid Rehousing, and more.
