The Clerk of Courts mission is to efficiently and accurately record and maintain minutes and records of all acts, orders and proceedings of the Governing Body of Newton County which is the Newton County Board of Commissioners. To provide an environment whereby said minutes and records are readily available for review and inspection by the citizens and staff of Newton County.
