Office of Consumer Advocates
The Office of Consumer Advocates (OCA) serves Western Maryland with services focused on mental health and wellness, including peer support, advocacy for disability benefits, and community resource assistance at its Wellness and Recovery Centers in Cumberland (Hope Station), Oakland (Mountain Haven), and Hagerstown (Soul Haven) and a food pantry. Services are free, and staff are residents of the counties they serve. See website for more information on programs that are offered and locations.
