One Health – Big Horn

One Health – Bighorn, located in Hardin, Montana, is a community-based, outpatient primary health care center designed to serve the whole communities of Big Horn & Rosebud Counties.  One Health offers a sliding fee scale – called a Sliding Fee Discount Program (SFDP). While our services are not free we are committed to caring for everyone – regardless of their ability to pay. Eligibility for reduced health care costs are based on income and family size.
