Opportunities for Ohioans with Disabilities (OOD) is the State of Ohio agency that empowers Ohioans with disabilities through employment, disability determinations, and independence. This is done through the Bureau of Vocational Rehabilitation (BVR), which provides individuals with disabilities services and supports necessary to help them attain and maintain employment.
