PATH Project
Projects for Assistance in Transition from Homelessness (PATH) is an outreach program for Allegany County residents with a mental illness who are homeless or at risk of becoming homeless. The program provides a variety of services including outreach/case management, advocacy, and assistance in applying for housing and Supplemental Security Income (SSI). The program may also provide assistance in accessing healthcare, behavioral health services, job opportunities, and educational resources. See website or call for more information
