Encompass Community Supports

The Mission of Encompass Community Supports (formally known as Rappahannock-Rapidan Community Services) is to improve the quality of life in Culpeper, Fauquier, Madison, Orange, and Rappahannock Counties by providing comprehensive mental health, substance use, developmental disability, housing, children’s, aging, case management, and transportation services. Encompass Community Supports Senior Centers, located in all five counties we serve, provide nutritious meals and fellowship for eligible seniors aged 60 and over.
