The Reidsville Center for Active Retirement Enterprises (RCARE) is a certified “Center of Excellence” by the State of North Carolina. Through its services and activities, the Center emphasizes the importance of an active, healthy lifestyle by providing an assortment of recreational, educational and social activities.
