Roanoke Valley Adult Day Center

Roanoke Valley Adult Day Center of Weldon is a 501(c)-3 nonprofit organization committed to providing quality nursing care and supervision to our frail, elderly, disabled population. We are committed to ensuring that we provide the supervision, love, care and compassion that your loved one deserves. We offer an array of services and are continuously exploring new and innovative options to provide the best treatment, care and activities for our participants. We provide transportation, nursing care through our Health Care Coordinator, supervision through our CNA staff and mental health counseling. We have a professional kitchen through which we provide breakfast, a nutritious lunch and a p.m. snack. Our programming includes music therapy, daily challenging activities, a computer lab, and an exercise program to mention a few. We strive to ensure our participants remain linked to the community by participating in various community events and activities through out the year. See website for more information.
