Founded in 1974, Rural Health Group, Inc. grew out of a community collaboration of concerned citizens to provide low-cost health care services to people living in Northeastern North Carolina. All of our services are offered on a sliding fee scale based upon income and family size. provide comprehensive primary health care, dental, and mental health/substance abuse services to persons in all stages of the life cycle.
