The Seneca County Clerk of Courts Legal Department and Title Department strive to provide fast, efficient and friendly service to the people we serve. The Legal Department is responsible for processing and preserving all pleadings for civil, felony criminal and domestic relations cases. The Title Department issues titles for vehicles, manufactured homes and watercrafts.
