Scotland Place Civic Center is the home of Scotland County Senior Center and central offices for Scotland County Parks & Recreation. Scotland Place Senior Center strives to enrich the lives of Scotland County adults 55 and older through programs and services that will improve their health and wellness and provide social economic and education opportunities.
