Shenandoah County 4-H Clubs

The purpose of 4-H is to develop young people into productive and responsible members of society. In Shenandoah County, most 4-H’ers belong to a community club where they elect officers, learn to conduct meetings, choose a 4-H project to complete, plan programs, and participate in community service and other activities. Children ages 5-8 can join the 4-H Cloverbud clubs. Youth ages 9-18 are eligible for the other 4-H clubs.
