We provide shared community housing for independent adults—including veterans, seniors, re-entry clients, and individuals seeking stability while fostering a supportive community environment. Furnished semi-private (shared with room privacy divider) and private rooms (availability limited). All utilities, including free Wi-Fi at a fixed rate. On-site laundry, Dishwasher, Refrigerator , Stove, All furnishings cookware and 24/7 Surveillance on the exterior and common area interior. Fingerprint Scan for bedroom access for extra security. Supportive, drug- and alcohol-free environment. Rates start at just $750/month ($25 per day) *Must have verifiable income unless sponsored by a 3rd party*. No Credit Check or security deposit. One time $300 Community fee collected at move in, then $750 all inclusive monthly fee going forward.
