TABLE

TABLE is a non-profit organization that provides hunger relief and nutrition education services to children living in Orange County, North Carolina. Nearly 6,000 students in the Chapel Hill-Carrboro and Orange County school districts are eligible for free or reduced meals (2019). These kids are at risk for hunger on weekends and during school holidays including the summer when they do not have access to meals at school. TABLE seeks to meet the nutritional needs of these children by delivering food directly to their homes every week. To sign up to receive food assistance from TABLE, you can either complete an online form or download and print a form that can be submitted by mail or email. See website for information.
