The Shepherd’s Staff
The Shepherd’s Staff is a privately-funded 501(c)(3) organization serving those in crisis in Carroll County. From school supplies and food to clothing and comfort, we help address immediate needs while inspiring people to seek self-sufficiency. We provide families and individuals with many types of assistance. Our office has shower and laundry facilities, telephone, coupons, and reading materials available.
