The Shepherd’s Staff – Westminster

The Shepherd’s Staff is a nondenominational Christian outreach and support center that serves individuals and families in crisis within Carroll County. They provide a variety of services, including emergency financial assistance, food and clothing distribution, school supplies, and personal care items. Their mission is to offer hope and support to those in need, empowering them to achieve self-sufficiency. The Shepherd’s Table Soup Kitchen provides free meals every Friday PM at the Westminster United Methodist Church. It aims to nourish both the body and soul by offering a welcoming environment for individuals and families in need.
