TCI Works

TCI is dedicated to enhancing the lives of persons with disabilities and/or disadvantages through work assessment, job training and job placement. Our SPARK project’s goal is to provide enhanced employment services and support to people with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD) who earn less than minimum wage. SPARK participants will receive customized employment services and wrap around supports to help them be successful in a job they are good at.
