Triangle Residential Options for Substance Abusers, Inc. (TROSA)

Triangle Residential Options for Substance Abusers, Inc. is a licensed cost-free multi-year residential treatment program for men and women with substance use disorder. A behavior change program model focusing on recovery, TROSA provides housing, clothing, meals, all essential needs; daily therapeutic activities; health services; counseling; vocational/life skills training; and more. Applicants must complete interview process. Incarcerated applicants can call TROSA or write a letter of interest and mail to TROSA’s intake department. No insurance needed.
