The mission at Twin Rivers Opportunities, Inc., is to expand the agency’s service to the optimum provision of housing assistance and home ownership opportunities to very low and lower income families residing in Craven, Jones, and Pamlico Counties. Twin Rivers Opportunities, Inc., a HUD certified agency, offers free to low-cost advice. We provide face-to-face, individual counseling services and act as an unbiased, third-party liaison between you and your mortgage lender. We administer the following programs: Section 8 Rental Assistance, FSS Program, Pre Purchase Housing Counseling and Foreclosure Prevention.
