Union Mission of Roanoke Rapids-Food Program

Union Mission of Roanoke Rapids has a “soup kitchen” that serves the evening meal 365 days per year. Union Mission of Roanoke Rapids Food Program makes a food distribution to those who have been pre-qualified for our food pantry ministry twice a month. In partnership with the Food Bank of Central and Eastern NC as well as businesses, individuals, churches and civic groups, we are able to distribute fresh food to those in need. We also serve the community emergency food services on Mondays as well as offer an evening meal for anyone desiring to eat with us Monday through Thursday, following our chapel services.
