The mission of WATCH (Wayne Action Teams for Community Health) is to provide quality primary and acute health care to the uninsured of Wayne County, NC. To qualify, you must live in Wayne County, and have proof of residency. You must not have ANY form of health insurance. if you meet these criteria, call for an appointment.
