West Alabama Mental Health Center
WAMHC is a comprehensive community mental health center providing services to people with mental illness, intellectual disabilities, substance abuse and children with serious emotional disorders. Through our prevention program we help at-risk and other students stay off drugs and in school. West Alabama Mental Health Center is a participating facility in the HRSA-National Health Service Corps. No one will be denied access to services due to an inability to pay. A discounted/sliding fee schedule is used to determine charges for each individual. See website for more information and locations.
