Adult Basic Education / GED® Program

The BCCC Adult Basic Education (ABE) Department is a leader in helping adults achieve functional literacy and important life skills. The BCCC is the largest provider of literacy services in Baltimore City. Classes are being offered online and in-person. To be eligible for our free GED® Test Preparation or Basic Skills (Pre GED®) course you must be at least 18 years of age and not have earned a high school diploma.
