Buncombe County Re-entry Council

Buncombe County Reentry Council Provides direct assistance or referrals in many areas, including transportation, job training, transitional housing, education, and mental health/substance abuse. The Council provides those returning from prison with a free smartphone and 90 days of free service, as well as free backpack filled with essentials such as hygiene products.
