Crisis Stabilization Center

Crisis Stabilization Center at Tuerk House in Maryland is the first of its kind in the State, to provide safe, short-term sobering services to adults in Baltimore City under the influence of drugs and/or alcohol, or who were recently revived from overdose. Individuals must meet certain medical eligibility criteria to ensure their safety prior to an admission. The Center accepts referrals from Baltimore City Fire Department Emergency Medical Services, all City hospitals, a variety of other treatment providers, Baltimore Crisis Response (including mobile crisis teams), and welcomes walk-ins. All services are free and available 24/7. No insurance required.
