SHARE (Sunbelt Human Advancement Resources)

SHARE is a non-profit Community Action Agency that provides a wide range of services to low and moderate-income residents in upstate South Carolina. The mission of SHARE is to help people and communities exit poverty and achieve economic stability. See website for further information about eligibility for these programs and more.

Housing Repair Services – This program allows SHARE to provide emergency repairs or major rehabilitation to homeowners in our services area who have incomes at or below 50% Area Median Income (Greenville, Anderson, Pickens, and Oconee Counties).

Housing Services – provides emergency interventions to prevent homelessness.  Services include direct economic assistance, financial counseling and connection to other service providers.

Low-Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP) –  is designed to assist low-income households at or below 150% of the federal poverty guidelines pay the price of home energy.
