Sunrise’s Harm Reduction Program

The mission of the Sunrise’s Harm Reduction Program, In Partnership with Buncombe County Department of Health, Is to reduce the negative personal and public health impacts of behavior associated with substance use at both the individual and community levels. Sunrise’s Harm Reduction program connects individuals to overdose education and referral to treatment for infectious diseases and substance use disorders and more.
