Beacon of Hope

Beacon of Hope is a nonprofit, serving low-income families in Madison and surrounding counties for more than a quarter century. Beacon of Hope’s “The Emergency Food Assistance Program” (TEFAP) is available to families that are eligible for weekly food assistance. Beacon of Hope operates a donation-based thrift store providing a low-cost retail alternative. You can find all sorts of cool and unique items that you might not find anywhere else. Beacon of Hope is the proud owner of the only laundromat in Madison County, located in the rear of the same building as our thrift store and food pantry. See website for details.
