Orange County Housing Department

The primary mission of the Orange County Housing Department (OCHD) is to promote adequate and affordable housing, economic opportunity and a dignified living environment. To achieve this mission, the Department has the following strategic goals: Expand the supply of affordable housing, improve the quality of affordable housing, and increase affordable housing choices. OCHD offers several rental assistance programs, as well as two home repair and rehabilitation programs for low-income homeowners. See website for more information.
