Helping Hands of Franklin County

Helping Hands of Franklin County’s mission is to provide financial assistance to help meet the emergency needs of Franklin County citizens. Typical emergency needs are electric bill termination notices, rent or mortgage issues, heating fuel, prescription medication, and other emergency needs. Helping Hands assists with referrals to other area agencies and organizations that might be of assistance. In addition to emergency financial assistance, we provide budget counseling to our clients and referrals to other appropriate agencies. All discussions with clients are dignified, respectful and confidential. An appointment is required to see a counselor. See website for more information.
